Acceptance
By creating an Alloza CRM workspace you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Alloza CRM is a software-as-a-service tool for managing a photography business — leads, calendar, contracts, invoices, payments, and communications. Service availability is targeted but not guaranteed; see Limitation of liability.
Your account
- You're responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials.
- You're responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you put in (client PII, contracts, marketing emails, SMS messages).
- You'll comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, A2P 10DLC rules, ESIGN/UETA, and any other laws that apply to your jurisdiction and clients.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time via Settings → Billing → Manage in Stripe; the workspace remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are prorated only when required by law.
Acceptable use
You won't use the service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS.
- Store payment card numbers (use Stripe).
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the app.
- Engage in any illegal activity.
Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these Terms. After termination, data is retained for 30 days for restore, then permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alloza CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
